Midori, the green land

A long thin continent off the south western coast of Stora. It lies in the southern hemisphere and stretches in the longitude. Most of the land is mountain covered in green forest. The climate goes from subtropical in the north to a boreal climate in the bottom south which lies below the polar circle. In the center of the continent is a mountain range that goes all along the way from north to south, with some gaps. This range acts as a divider for the climate which combined with the warm water flowing along the west coast and cold water along the east coast create a stark contrast on each side of the mountain range. The west side is warmer and dryer, while the east is colder and wetter.
